Terms and Conditions for SMS Messaging

1. Message Type

Innovative Labs Inc. uses SMS messaging exclusively for Customer Care purposes. This includes responding to customer questions, providing assistance, and engaging in ongoing conversational messaging with existing clients.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on customer needs. Messages are only sent in response to or in the context of customer inquiries and service conversations.

3. Opt-In Process

By providing your mobile number to a staff member at Innovative Labs Inc. and verbally agreeing to receive messages, you are providing express consent to receive Customer Care text messages. Consent is obtained verbally in person or over the phone, and is not a condition of purchase.

You will receive an opt-in confirmation message once consent is given:

“Thank you for opting in to receive Customer Care messages from Innovative Labs Inc. Message frequency varies based on customer needs. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP or CANCEL to cancel.”

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP or CANCEL. Once opted out, you will receive a confirmation message:

“You have successfully opted out of receiving Customer Care messages from Innovative Labs Inc. You will receive no further messages. To opt back in, reply START.”

5. Help Instructions

If you need assistance, reply HELP to receive contact information:

“Thank you for contacting Innovative Labs Inc. This number is used for Customer Care messaging. For support, call 4435641470 or email ahmar.wazir@innovativelabs.us. Reply STOP or CANCEL to opt out.”

6. Carrier and Third-Party Charges

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless provider. Charges are not imposed by Innovative Labs Inc., but by your carrier. Innovative Labs Inc. is not responsible for any charges incurred from mobile carriers or third-party providers. Messaging services may not be available on all carriers.

7. Privacy and Data Use

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your data will only be used for providing requested Customer Care services.
